Application：This product is a highly lubricating, biologically stable, water-soluble, fully synthetic cutting fluid. It has good cooling, lubricating, cleaning and rust-proofing functions, and is safe and non-toxic. Using this product can achieve an ideal rust-proof effect, improve the finish of the machined surface and the machining efficiency, and extend the service life of the tool. The recommended water-to-water ratio is 1:10-1:15.

Performance advantages:
1. Good anti-rust performance. It can be used directly as an anti-rust agent when diluted with water at a ratio of 1:10. The anti-rust time can reach more than 1 month.
2. No grease. The machine tools and workpieces are clean, and the site is clean.
3. The grinding of carbon steel, stainless steel, etc. can achieve a mirror effect.
4. This product does not contain harmful ingredients such as sodium nitrite.
Main Application:
1. Grinding and cooling processing of various ferrous metal alloy materials with high requirements for rust prevention.
2. Synthetic ferromagnetic alloy cutting fluid is also suitable for cooling of cutting processing such as some CNC machining centers and lathes.
Precautions:
1. It should be stored indoors. If stored outdoors, the barrel should be placed horizontally to avoid water intrusion and submergence of the barrel mark.
2. This product is forbidden to be mixed with foreign matter, otherwise it will cause the oil to deteriorate and fail.
3. Do not mix with other oils to prevent performance deterioration.
