Performance advantages:
         1. Good extreme pressure lubricity: Special imported extreme pressure additives and oiliness agents can form a boundary lubrication film at the interface of the workpiece under high temperature and high pressure, prevent direct contact between metal and tool, reduce tool wear, effectively extend the service life of the tool, and improve the surface finish and processing accuracy of the workpiece.
         2. Environmentally friendly formula: does not contain harmful ingredients such as chlorine, the color is transparent, does not hurt the hands, and effectively improves the working environment of workers;
         3. Good rust resistance: using special rust inhibitors, it has a very good rust prevention effect between processes, and the 10# steel salt spray test is not less than 3 hours.

Scope of application:
        Environmentally friendly cutting oil is suitable for turning, milling, tapping, reaming and other processes of SUS303, 304, 316, 316L stainless steel and carbon steel;
         Especially suitable for the processing of metals such as carbon steel and cast iron with high requirements for rust resistance;
         It can also be used for the processing of aluminum alloys.

Precautions:
        Environmentally friendly cutting oil should be stored indoors. If stored outdoors, the barrel should be placed horizontally to avoid water intrusion and the obliteration of the barrel mark.
         This product is forbidden to be mixed with water and foreign matter, otherwise it will cause the oil to emulsify, deteriorate, and fail.
         Do not mix with other oils to prevent performance deterioration.
