Performance advantages:
         1. During the high-temperature cooling stage, there is a fast and uniform cooling rate to ensure the hardening of workpieces with larger cross-section thickness. In the convection cooling stage, the cooling speed is uniform and slow, and the quenching deformation is significantly lower than that of general rapid quenching oil, which is suitable for quenching and cooling of workpieces that require both a certain hardness and slight deformation;
        2. Good rust resistance, the surface of the parts is smooth after quenching, ensuring the surface hardness and specific metallographic structure required by the quenching material;
        3. The surface of the workpiece after quenching is easy to clean;
        4. Good thermal oxidation stability, can maintain long-term stable brightness and excellent cooling characteristics, and has a long service life.

Main Application:
        Suitable for quenching bearing steel, mold steel and its structural steel under protective atmosphere. Recommended use temperature is 20-80℃.
        Especially recommended for quenching workpieces requiring smoothness such as screws and nuts, standard parts and hardware tools in continuous heat treatment furnaces.

Precautions:
        1. Suitable for quenching of various medium hardenability steel gears, shafts, bearings, standard parts and hardware tools, elastic parts, bearing steel, tool steel and its structural steel.
        2. Applicable equipment includes sealed box carburizing-carbonitriding furnace, continuous carburizing quenching furnace, vibrating bottom furnace, rolling furnace, continuous mesh belt crawler conveyor, cast chain plate conveyor and vacuum quenching furnace, etc.; it can also be used for well-type gas carburizing furnace, fluidized particle furnace, etc.
        3. The recommended operating temperature is 80-140℃.
