Steel battery shell forming oil

Performance advantages:
 1. Excellent lubrication performance: The special oiliness agent and extreme pressure agent are used to provide good lubrication for the oil, effectively prevent  graining and reduce the scrap rate, and at the same time significantly extend the service life of the mold and reduce the frequency of mold repair.
 2. Good high temperature performance: The oil has good antioxidant properties and can still maintain sufficient oil film strength under high temperature conditions, providing good lubricity.
 3. Good cleanability: Even under the same cleaning conditions, the oil is very easy to remove, reducing the cleaning cost.

Scope of application:
 Steel battery shell molding oil is suitable for high, medium and low speed stretching of steel battery shells, especially for medium and low speed stretching;
 It can also be used for thinning and stamping of carbon steel in other occasions.

Notes:
 Should be stored indoors. If stored outdoors, the barrel should be placed horizontally to avoid water intrusion and the obliteration of the barrel mark.
 This product is forbidden to be mixed with water and foreign matter, otherwise it will cause the oil to emulsify, deteriorate, and become ineffective.
 Do not mix with other oils to prevent performance deterioration.
