Steel battery shell forming oil

Performance advantages:
         1. Excellent lubrication performance: The special oiliness agent and extreme pressure agent are used to provide the oil with good lubricity and extreme pressure, effectively prevent scratches and reduce scrap rate, and significantly extend the service life of the mold and reduce the frequency of mold repair.
         2. Good high temperature performance: The oil has good antioxidant performance and can still maintain sufficient oil film strength under high temperature conditions, providing good lubricity.
         3. Good cleanability: Even in the same water-based cleaning agent cleaning process, the oil is very easy to remove, which can reduce the cleaning cost.

Scope of application:
         Steel battery shell molding oil is suitable for medium and low speed stretching of carbon steel post-nickel plating and pre-nickel plating battery shells, especially for pre-nickel plating materials;
         It can also be used for thinning, stretching and stamping of carbon steel and alloy steel in other occasions.
