High-speed aluminum wire drawing agent

Performance advantages:
        1. Good lubrication performance: Contains a large amount of fat friction reducers and synthetic extreme pressure additives; provides excellent anti-friction and reduction performance for high-speed drawing process, while ensuring the appearance of brightness, reducing the amount of aluminum powder produced;
        2. Good antioxidant performance: Excellent high temperature resistance, can still maintain the processing effect under the condition of continuous high temperature friction during aluminum drawing, and is not easy to produce sludge.
        3. Light color and clear oil: Using high-quality base oil, the viscosity will not change sharply due to the processing process, affecting the cleaning and adhesion performance and causing the blackening of the outlet line.
        4. Wide range of uses: It does not contain active sulfur additives and can be diluted with mineral oil for general steel processing and copper alloy processing.

Main uses:
        1. Small and medium drawing processing of aluminum wires and cables.
        2. Medium aluminum bar stretching and bending processing.

Precautions:
        Should be stored indoors. If stored outdoors, the barrel should be placed horizontally to avoid water intrusion and submersion of the barrel mark.
         This product is forbidden to be mixed with foreign matter, otherwise it will cause the oil to deteriorate and become ineffective.
         Do not mix with other oils to prevent performance deterioration.
