 Main uses:
        Widely used in immersion cleaning for degreasing and ash removal of most iron, aluminum and its alloys (including steel, cast iron, stainless steel, pure aluminum, die-cast aluminum, etc.).
        Low-foaming non-ferrous metal cleaning agent-Baolijing widely replaces traditional non-environmentally friendly water-based cleaning agents, such as those that are difficult to biodegrade, or contain phosphorus, halogens, heavy metals, etc. It can also be used for cleaning agents that contain volatile toxic substances and other harmful to the human body.
 Usage:
        1. To achieve good cleaning results, it is recommended to use ultrasonic heating cleaning or low-pressure spray cleaning.
        2. Recommendation: Use a concentration of 5-10%, add water; heat the working fluid to 50-60℃; and clean for 3-5 minutes. Please adjust the process appropriately according to the cleaning object and the degree of oil pollution.
        3. If there is no rust prevention requirement, rinse with city (pure) water as soon as possible after cleaning and then dry.
        4. For the reference data of the slot concentration, the refractive index reading of 1 unit corresponds to the concentration of 5% of the cleaning agent, that is, when the slot is 10%, the refractive index reading is 2.
        5. It is recommended to add 20% of the stock solution to the tank liquid every shift and change the tank every 3 days.
 Precautions:
        1. The concentration of this product is relatively high. When the temperature is high, the stock solution may be stratified and turbid. Please shake it well (stir it evenly) before use and then pour it out, which will not affect the use effect. In order to achieve a good cleaning effect, the recommended precision cleaning procedure is: rough cleaning → fine cleaning → rinsing with heated city (pure) water → rinsing with city (pure) water → hot air drying → packaging.
        2. Maintenance: Please add cleaning agent or change the tank according to the actual amount of dissolved oil and experience. The working fluid should be filtered in time to avoid the influence of solid impurities on cleaning. After working for a long time, when a large amount of grease is found floating above the tank liquid, the grease should be separated by filtration or overflow.
        3. If the operator is in contact with the cleaning agent for a long time, it is recommended to wear rubber gloves to avoid skin degreasing. The workpiece after cleaning should not be touched directly by hand to avoid sweat stains and rust.
        4. Since the waste liquid after cleaning dissolves a large amount of oil and other dirt, the COD is high. Generally, it cannot be poured directly into the ditch. Please discharge it reasonably according to local environmental protection standards. It is recommended to let the waste liquid stand for a period of time, separate and remove the floating oil on the surface and the waste residue at the bottom before subsequent treatment.
