Use:
Ultrasonic cleaning: To achieve better cleaning results, according to the cleaning object and the degree of oil pollution, mix the stock solution with water at a ratio of 1:15-20; heating to 50-60℃ can quickly remove oil and dirt. After cleaning for 3-5 minutes, rinse with city (pure) water and then dry.
Precautions:
1. If the workpiece to be cleaned has a long-term anti-rust and anti-oxidation requirement, it is strongly recommended to do a simulated on-site oxidation or anti-rust experiment first. Due to the difference in storage and actual operation, our company does not assume any responsibility for the final anti-rust result.
2. In order to achieve a good cleaning effect, the recommended precision cleaning procedure is: degreasing rough washing → degreasing fine washing → city (pure) water rinsing → city (pure) water rinsing → hot air drying → packaging.
3. The replacement of the cleaning agent is determined by the color and oil content. When the color becomes darker or turbid and the oil content is high, the cleaning agent needs to be replaced in time to avoid affecting the cleaning effect.
4. If the operator is in contact with the cleaning agent for a long time, it is recommended to wear rubber gloves to avoid degreasing.
5. The workpiece after cleaning cannot be directly touched by hand to avoid secondary pollution.
6. The waste liquid after cleaning cannot be poured directly into the ditch. It is recommended to let it stand for a few days, and then separate and remove the floating oil on the surface and the waste residue at the bottom before discharging.
